ERP systems are usually sold as a “one stop shop” that will solve everything.
If you’ve worked with one, you know that’s not always the case.
I’ve worked on projects where the ERP handled the basics, but there were still gaps—reporting, workflows, integrations, or just how the business actually runs day to day.
Going back to the ERP vendor to fix it often means high cost, long timelines, and mixed results.
What’s been more effective is building around it—adding the right tools, automation, and AI to fill in those gaps without replacing the system.
If you’re dealing with limitations in your current ERP, it’s probably fixable without a massive overhaul.
Happy to take a look and talk through it.
