New in Nature Communications: Human tumor data from a melanoma study provide new evidence that blocking SEMA4D with pepinemab can reshape the tumor immune environment when combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors.

The findings highlight a shift toward a more active, organized anti-tumor immune response—and support continued development of pepinemab in combination with immunotherapy.

Evidence suggests that Pepinemab:

• Downregulates expression of AD-related proteins
