Please join us in welcoming Noel Barber back from maternity leave and congratulating her on her new role as Scheduling Support at Living Soul of New York ABA, PLLC! 🎉💙

Noel has been part of the Living Soul team for over a year as a Behavior Technician and also brings experience teaching in early childhood education. In her new role, she will be helping coordinate schedules, support communication with families and staff, and assist in keeping services running as smoothly and consistently as possible.

🌟 Celebrating the Little Wins That Lead to Big Successes 🌟
At Living Soul of New York ABA, we know that progress is not always measured in giant milestones. Sometimes the most meaningful victories are the small moments that show growth, confidence, and independence.

💜 A 3 year old client is making strides with potty training and moving closer to greater independence.

💙 One of our clients is thriving in a less restrictive setting, a significant step toward increased success and participation in their community.

💜 An 8 year old proudly shared popsicles with peers, demonstrating growth in social skills and sharing.

💙 Another 8 year old joined their sibling in play and took turns during a game, building important social and family connections.

These moments may seem small to some, but to the families, staff, and children working hard every day, they are worth celebrating.

I recently had the opportunity to join Accelerate with Amber for a great conversation about what drives success in supporting children and families within behavior analysis.

We discussed the importance of collaboration between families, providers, schools, and community partners, and how shared communication, trust, and teamwork can create meaningful outcomes for those we serve. No single person or organization can do it alone, and the strongest results happen when everyone is working toward the same goals.
