Renee started her journey with Alliance as an intern in 2023 and joined our team full time after graduating, becoming a Quality Engineer in 2025. She is recognized for her strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to communicate and work effectively with others. She is always willing to help, supports both customers and coworkers, and brings a strong commitment to both quality and safety, being an active member of our Safety Committee.

This month, the Alliance team came together for one of our favorite traditions—our Annual Co****le Tournament!

The bags were flying between the injection molding machines as our team enjoyed some spirited competition and friendly rivalry.

🎉 Celebrating 47 Years of Dedication – Congratulations, Tom! 🎉

After an incredible 47 years of service, Tom Taillie has officially retired from Alliance Precision Plastics!

Tom’s career represents nearly five decades of dedication, craftsmanship, knowledge, and commitment to Alliance. Over the years, he has witnessed tremendous changes in our company, our industry, and manufacturing technology—and his experience and contributions have been part of Alliance’s story through it all.

While it’s difficult to adequately recognize 47 years of service in just a few words, we simply want to say thank you, Tom. Thank you for your hard work, your loyalty, the knowledge you shared, and the countless contributions you made along the way.

All of us at Alliance wish Tom a long, happy, and well-deserved retirement filled with family, friends, great memories, and plenty of time to enjoy whatever comes next.
