3G Packaging Inc. is a merge of two longstandin

g well-established companies: Acker-Pak and Central Industrial Packaging Supply. Initially Acker-Pak sold janitorial and industrial supplies. As the growth of the company continued their inventory expanded to the packaging market. Acker-Pak soon expanded its warehouse capacity to over 80,000 square feet, stocking multi-million dollars of inventory for their customers. The company became the go-to supplier for many local companies and national corporations. Acker-Pak provided Preventive Maintenance Programs, installation, training and troubleshooting services to their client’s packaging equipment. In 2012, Acker-Pak was named Rochester Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies and remained for five consecutive years by Rochester Business Alliance. The Central Industrial Packaging Supply (CIPS) located in Syracuse, NY was established four decades ago. CIPS well-known for their high-rated customer service provided customized fabrication department, custom corrugated & wood fabricated products. Its growth continued through its Vendor Managed Inventory programs with top tier companies allowing it to become a strong competitor of packaging market throughout Central NY. CIPS’s 40,000-square foot warehouse enhanced the purchasing power, inventory management, and delivery performance of 3G Packaging Inc. When merged, 3G Packaging solidified a position as national supplier within the packaging industry.
