Please create chatrooms and foster conversations about family, movies, books and life challenges -- the conversations that people have on their lunch breaks. We are built for community and there is a layer of connectedness that we need to strategically build into our work process to ensure wellbeing.

We can do this. We can do this together. We are more than our jobs and this will accelerate more integration of our dynamic lives.
