We are looking for a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer to join our team at Xylo.

Xylo Technologies Inc. is an IT consulting/ staffing firm that specializes in finding IT talent for our client’s contract roles. Our national customer base comprises leading healthcare organizations, Fortune 500 companies, and governmental agencies. Xylo has been in business since 2000.

Looking for an individual who can source, recruit, screen, interview candidates and fill the positions as per the client’s needs.

Requirements and Skills:
• 2-4 years of work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter or similar role
• Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Work from home is an option
We are also open to candidates who can be a Talent sourcer to join our team in the first stage of the recruiting process. This involves finding the right talent on job boards, social media, and professional networks and creating the first contact. Develop talent pipelines for future needs.
