Friends, I am looking for 1 person to fill up my team. Approximately 16-20 hours per week. Saturdays and Sundays are a must plus 1 or 2 afternoon shifts during the week. Must be at least 16 years old. We are going into the Holiday Season soon and it gets very busy. I need someone who is a team player, comfortable talking to customers and teammates and has a positive disposition.
In my bakery, everyone learns (eventually) how to do everything--from making buttercreams, assembling/decorating cakes and cupcakes, baking batter, washing dishes, mopping the floors and most importantly, greeting customers and helping them with their purchases. It is a positive, fun, sometimes crazy and chaotic atmosphere. It's not always easy but we make it happen!
