Join me for a Spooktacular Chef's table I've been brewing up. so I hope you will join us at my table. The scene is set; the barn decked out with creepy crawlies and friends of past lives. They may appreciate if you came dressed to impress in your scariest (or not) costume. Bring a friend... or 24 (max).
First course: Shrimp and Grits with citrus aioli (small plate)
Second Course: Spring mix salad with pears, rendered bacon, feta cheese, pumpkin seeds, and figs all drizzled with a caramelized balsamic glaze.
Third Course: Braised short ribs over roasted corn and poblano risotto paired with candied brussels sprouts-topped with Minnesota nice adobo demi glace.
Fourth Course: Baked Apple Dumplings with a meyers rum caramel sauce, cinnamon and a dollop of whipped cream.
