For most of my life, I never wore sunglasses because I loved the architecture of my eyes. I loved the way eyes communicate. I believed in the sacredness of eye contact.

But I’ve entered a new level of awareness where I understand that access to my energy is sacred too.

Sunglasses are not always about hiding. Sometimes they are about protecting. They create a boundary between my inner world and the outside world. They allow me to move through spaces without constantly exchanging energy with everyone around me.

There is a difference between being closed off and being energetically discerning.

Sometimes spiritual hygiene looks like knowing when to allow access to your eyes and knowing when to protect it

For all my ladies who’ve had a spiritual awakening you know exactly what I mean 🌹

Something very fascinating that I discovered is that the “chosen ones” are always called to connect with specific region in the world (outside of their home country) in order to unlock certain genetic codes…. For me, it has always been Central/South America
