Day 13 — Create a ‘Not This Anymore’ List
Today’s task is powerful: Create a ‘NOT THIS ANYMORE’ list. Everything you're done tolerating. You get to choose differently.
Day 14 — Unfollow 15 Accounts
Protect your mental diet. Unfollow or mute 15 accounts that don’t inspire, educate, or uplift you.
Day 15 — 10 Minutes of Stillness
Give yourself 10 minutes of stillness. Deep breathing, sitting quietly, or a mindful walk. Reset your nervous system.
Day 16 — Capture What You’re Proud Of
What are you proud of this year? Write down three things. Celebrate yourself—you’ve come so far.
Day 17 — Define Your Non-Negotiables
What are your life non-negotiables? Boundaries? Routines? Values? Name them—honoring them changes everything.
Day 18: Brainstorming your 2026 word
Don’t finalize it—just brainstorm. What word feels like it’s calling you for 2026? Expansion? Clarity? Joy? We’ll refine it later.
