We've had a busy and exciting summer over here at Caring Connections! We are so grateful for all of the connections we've made and we're looking forward to making many more in the months to come. It is a tremendous privilege to be able to care for members of our Western New York communities and we would love to hear from you if you find yourself needing a little extra help.

Summer might still be a few days away, but the spirit of the season is off to a strong start with the 2026 GRAPE Gala!!

So thankful to spend the night with friends and fellow professionals from Rochester to Buffalo. Thank you to everyone who made this event possible, and a special thank you to Meg Tyo at Sweet Home Photography for these amazing photos!
