💥This past week, we had the opportunity to celebrate our 10-year anniversary by taking some of our OG employees and their families to Orlando, Florida, for a getaway at Evermore Resort. We spent time at Disney World, made memories, shared laughs, and got to enjoy something we don't always get enough of in the middle of running a business — quality time together.
Looking back over the last 10 years, there have been plenty of long days, late nights, challenges, lessons learned, and blessings along the way. But one thing is certain: we didn't build this alone.
These fellas have been a huge part of our journey. They've shown up, worked hard, believed in what we were building, and helped turn that little idea in a garage into something bigger than we ever imagined.
Profit is good. Growth is good. But being able to pour back into the people who have helped us get here, enrich their lives, and create memories with their families? That's what makes it all worth it.
We don't want to just build a company that makes money. We want to build a company that makes a difference in the lives of the people who are part of it.
Seeing our guys laughing, relaxing, and enjoying time with their wives and kids meant more to us than any number on a financial statement ever could.
We're thankful for every employee, every customer, and every person who has supported us along the way. Most importantly, we're thankful to God for opening doors, guiding our steps, and blessing us with opportunities we never could've imagined when this all started.
10 years ago, it was just an idea in a garage. Today, it's a business that helps provide for multiple families, creates opportunities, and continues to grow.
And to us, that's what success looks like.
