This is for George Butler one of our Co-workers/family. He had a heart attack on Saturday night resulting in 3 stints being put in. Now he is needing a LifeVest which is personal defibrillator to shock his heart if it stops again.
Any help you can give will be appreciated to help with his medical bills, and the personal help of being out of work at least 3-4 weeks.
