Everybody talks about working harder.

Very few people talk about getting organized enough to actually grow.

One thing I’ve learned is that if your goals are only in your head, they become wishes. When they’re written down, tracked, and reviewed consistently, they become a plan.

This month, I stopped looking at a long to-do list and started focusing on what actually moves the needle:

On yesterday our founder Rasheda Jamison
had the opportunity to lead a financial empowerment workshop at The Third Place QC and the level of engagement in that room was everything! People weren’t just listening, they were asking questions, leaning in, and truly ready to shift their financial situation.

During this session, She guided them through our E³ Strategic Growth Method:

✔️ Empower (Mindset) – Breaking the belief that where you are is where you have to stay
✔️ Educate (Structure) – Understanding how money actually works and how to organize it

We’re expanding financial education for the next generation.

J&M Empire is preparing to launch a Young Adult Financial Empowerment Program (ages 16–22) in the Quad Cities focused on building real-life money skills before adulthood.

This program is designed to help young adults develop:
• Financial clarity and decision-making
• Credit awareness and responsible use
• Money management and structure
• Entrepreneurship and income awareness
• A strong foundation for long-term financial stability
