🤝💙 Building Connections. Sharing Ideas. Creating Opportunity. 💙🤝
We were honored to welcome Jeff Stauter, President/CEO, and Amanda Carroll, Director of Community Services from Kreider Services to The Arc of the Quad Cities Area and QC Flex for a meaningful and insightful visit!
During their time with us, Jeff and Amanda connected with Matt Fredericks, Chief Program Officer, to discuss the importance of Community Employment Services and Community Day Services—and how organizations like ours can continue to grow, innovate, and expand inclusive opportunities.
A key highlight of the visit was sharing QC Flex’s journey in eliminating Section 14(c) and our commitment to creating competitive, inclusive employment opportunities for individuals of all abilities. These conversations are critical as we continue working toward a future where everyone has access to meaningful work and the chance to thrive.
