Beech Creative Group is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our executive leadership and diverse client portfolio. This isn't a "sit back and watch" position—we operate in a fast-paced environment where we represent major healthcare, sports, and community organizations across Wyoming and the nation.
You will be the glue that keeps our projects moving, acting as a professional liaison between our firm and key stakeholders, from legislative advocates to dirt track racing promoters.
Essential Functions
• Administrative Management: Support day-to-day operations including scheduling, document preparation, and cross-organizational communication.
• Creative Content: Utilize Canva to design professional marketing materials, social media graphics, and promotional flyers.
• Digital Presence: Manage and update client websites (CMS platforms), ensuring all information is current, accurate, and user-friendly.
• Communications: Draft professional correspondence and maintain high-level communication standards with state and national organizations.
• Data & Reporting: Use the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically advanced Excel and Word) to track project milestones and generate reports.
What We’re Looking For
• Technical Mastery: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Canva is non-negotiable.
• Web Savvy: Proven experience in website management and digital content updates.
• The "Speed" Factor: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot between tasks without losing focus.
• Professionalism: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can represent a brand with poise and clarity.
• Self-Starter: The ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative.
Requirements & Testing
• Willingness to undergo proficiency testing as part of the interview process (focused on Microsoft Excel, Word, and Canva design).
• Flexible part-time availability.
How to Apply
If you are ready to use your creative and organizational skills to make a tangible impact across the state, we want to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief portfolio of your Canva work or website management examples to [email protected].

The past several years I have had the opportunity to support Payce Herrera Racing. We are a small business, but very proud of the people and organizations we support. Payce is going places. He's a must watch in the sport of dirt track racing.

Payce Herrera made multiple trips across the stage during the IMCA national awards banquet, one of them to accept the Junior National Championship award. Five hundred and forty-six drivers ages 18 and under vied for that prize in 2024. From Price, Utah, Herrera also earned the national GoSunoco IMCA Hobby Stock rookie of the year, among other honors. No matter how hard you work you will never please everyone. While the National High School Rodeo Finals was a huge difficult project, there were so many wins in that event. I met the nicest people who were so happy to be in our community. I lost count of the people who were thankful. But I can tell you now I don't even remember the people who were unhappy. So thankful for my team that made this happen.

It has been so fun helping put this together. Amazing vendors here at the National High School Finals Rodeo!

Racing at Diamond Mountain Speedway this weekend and working on Sweetwater Speedway stuff. I left to deliver some items and came back to sitting in my spot. She did not get any work done. Slacker. 🐾❤️🐾
