Not one but two new Pétillant Naturel wines 👀. A new vintage release of our 100% Chardonnay Pet Nat - the 2025 is fresh and fruity and perfectly carbonated - no foaming here. We have also released one we’ve been holding back on - our 2024 Dry Rosé Pet Nat has been worth the wait - fruity and complex flavor profiles with bright acidity - is making for a delicious bubbly treat. Both have minimal lees as they were disgorged à la volèe (without neck freezing) still leaving some lees behind for enhanced structure and complexity. Both available now in the tasting room. Cheers! 🫧🔥🥂
