Nobody can hold "emotional regulation" in their hands. So how do they decide what it's worth?

They read the price. With intangible work, the number does the explaining.

That's why a discount backfires. Lower number, lower perceived value, fewer buyers.

And it's why "I know it's low" is the most common sentence I hear on calls.

The fix isn't a bigger number pulled from thin air. It's proof stacked next to the price.

Testimonials. A clear transformation. A room, not a PDF.

Price the belief, then back it with proof. That's how intangible work sells.

You lowered your price to get more people in.

It did the opposite. Fewer people, not more.

When your transformation is intangible, the price is the information. It's the only clue a stranger has about what the work is worth.

Discount it, and you didn't lower the barrier. You lowered the belief.

You don't have a lead problem. You have a system problem.

The leads are there. The warmth is there. What's missing is the thing that turns attention into registrations without you doing it by hand at 11pm.

Once you can see the difference, you can't unsee it. And you stop trying to fix it with more content.

Selling one client at a time in the DMs has no ceiling and no leverage. Here's the other way.

Step 1: You announce. Applications open, for a few days only.

Step 2: People apply. The application quietly sorts buyers from browsers before you ever get on a call.

Step 3: One live call. You teach first. Real value, whether they buy or not.

Step 4: You make the offer once, to everyone qualified, at the same time.

The room does the work a hundred private threads never could.

One announcement. One call. A group of yeses. Not a month of maybes.

A full inbox and an empty program can absolutely coexist.

Everyone's warm. Everyone's interested. Everyone's going to think about it.

Interest that never gets asked to decide just piles up. It fills your DMs and your hope and not your calendar.

Interest needs somewhere to go. Give it a door and watch who actually walks through.

"My posts get engagement. People care. It's just not converting."

A coach said that to me this week. Most of you could've said it too.

Here's the hard truth: applause and applications are different behaviors.

One costs your audience nothing. A like, a save, a nice comment in the DMs.

The other needs a door and a deadline. An application. A close date. A live call they actually have to show up for.

If there's no door open right now, where exactly would the conversion go?

Engagement is the applause. The offer is the ask. You need both, on purpose.
