When we talk about a data center, it’s easy to picture a building full of machines.

But in reality, it’s a building supported by real people with stable, long-term careers. Many of these positions earn salaries 30 to 40% above the regional average.

Right here in Texas, these facilities rely on skilled electricians, technicians, security teams, and construction crews. Having these types of jobs available creates an opportunity for people to work close to home, support their families, and keep our local economy strong.

The impact spreads beyond the facility itself because local businesses, restaurants, suppliers, and service providers benefit too.
