Career changes can be scary. Class of 2007's Megan Wilson is heading into one with her eyes wide open. From her LinkedIn page:
"I’ve spent most of my career—and adult life—at Businessolver, and that chapter has come to an end.
When I first joined in 2011, we were about 100 people packed onto a single floor in a Des Moines office—learning fast, figuring things out as we went, and building something special one day at a time.
Nearly 15 years later, Businessolver is a global organization of more than 5,000 employees. Getting to witness—and help shape—that kind of growth has been one of the greatest privileges of my career.
Over the years, I had the opportunity to be deeply involved in dozens of major initiatives—building teams, designing operating models, modernizing systems, navigating change, and helping the organization grow through moments of both rapid expansion and real complexity. I was often tapped to help champion “the next big thing,” and I genuinely loved the work I got to do alongside some incredibly talented people.
I’m proud of what we built. I’m grateful for the leaders, teammates, and partners who trusted me, challenged me, and helped shape my career. Businessolver will always be a huge part of my story—and I’ll always be rooting for its continued success.
And now… it’s time for what’s next.
I’m taking this moment to reset, recharge, and look ahead. I’m excited to bring my experience in transformation, operations, AI-enabled modernization, and people-centered leadership to an organization that’s scaling, evolving, or ready to rethink how things work.
If you’re building, growing, modernizing—or know someone who is—I’d love to connect.
Onward. 💛"
