Are you a Puerto Rican woman who has experienced difficult leadership at work? Your insights are valuable!
π Study Title: Toxic Leadership and Turnover Intention: Moderators in Puerto Rican Women
π Purpose: Help us understand the impact of abusive bosses on Puerto Rican womenβs work lives, mental health, and job satisfaction.
π Eligibility: Identify as female, be proficient in English, have internet access, aged 18-64, born in Puerto Rico, and had at least one experience with a toxic leader at a job.
π Commitment: Complete an online survey in approximately 20 minutes. No monetary compensation (Third-party recruits are compensated according to agreed terms).
π Location: Participate from anywhere via an Online Google Form.
