Meet one of our very own hometown heroes, Bar None, returning to the Rockford City Market!

Bar None first debuted at City Market in 2018 and, after a brief hiatus, is back serving up fresh, homemade dessert bars that are never frozen and baked just for the market. Each week you'll find around a dozen different flavors, so there's always something new to try.

Two customer favorites are the chewy Almond Bar, also available gluten free, and the rich Red Wine Bar with Tart Cherry, made with red wine, dark chocolate, and tart cherries. It's a fudgy favorite that sells out fast, so be sure to grab one before they're gone!

Bar None is proudly a woman veteran-owned business, founded by a U.S. Coast Guard veteran who has turned a passion for baking into a local favorite. In addition to market days, they also create custom brownies for weddings, parties, and special events.

Don't forget to pick up a Brownie Points punch card. Buy 8 bars and get your 9th free!

Bar None started with my love for the Blondie (a dessert bar with a brown sugar base as opposed to cocoa as seen in the Brownie !) Look for the brown tent at tonight’s Friday night city market and try a Heath Chip or Triple Chip Blondie Bar or try one of the other 9 flavors ! Also, ask Jenn about Rockford Rover Runners at tonight’s dog friendly market . Treats will be available for the pups ..
