Vending Insight:
I recently dedicated two and a half hours on the phone with Nayax, tackling a difficult situation to get my credit card reader back online.
Therefore the problem turned out to be quite minor—the SIM card was simply inserted the wrong way, which turned out to be a rather humorous error that prevented the device from connecting to the machine.
The experience taught me that even when you feel confident about your business processes, unforeseen problems can occur. It's essential to know who to reach out to and to have the patience to resolve the issue.
