How much time did you spend last month creating quotes for work you never got paid to do?
It's one of those things that can sneak up on you as a service-based business owner.
Someone reaches out asking about your services.
You schedule a call, spend 30 minutes learning what they need, put together a custom proposal, send it off, and then...
Crickets.
Now, obviously, not every inquiry is going to turn into a client. That's just part of running a business!
But here's something worth considering:
**What if you didn't have to start from scratch every single time someone asked about working with you?**
If you've been in business for a while, chances are you've noticed some patterns.
Your clients tend to come to you with similar problems. You probably follow roughly the same process to solve them. And a lot of your proposals probably include the same services with slight adjustments.
That's a pretty good sign that you could benefit from packaging your services!
And no, that doesn't mean eliminating customization or forcing every client into the exact same box.
It means creating a few clearly defined offers that make it easier for people to understand what you do, what they get, and what it costs.
Which also makes your business easier to MARKET.
Because when someone can clearly understand your services, they're much more likely to recognize when they need them (and refer you to someone else!).
I wrote a blog walking through how to turn the services you're already providing into packages that are easier to explain, market, and sell.
I'll link it in the comments!
