Please join us in welcoming Madison Cartee to the Sky Bracket team! 👋

Madison joins us as Sales Support, bringing energy, fresh perspective, and a background in the medical device industry to a whole new world of mounting hardware. A Northern Illinois University grad, she made the move to Sky Bracket this past month right after buying her first house. We'd call that a big year. She jumped right in — including repping us at ITS Arizona last week — and we couldn't be happier to have her.

When she's not keeping up with the team, she's deep in wedding planning mode and making the most of every moment with friends and family.

Steve Talbert, Lehonna, and our newest team member Madison Cartee just wrapped up the ITS Arizona Conference — and what a week it was.

We had the chance to connect face to face with the linemen, technicians, and installers who use our products every day. Putting hardware in their hands, answering real questions, and handing out some awesome swag along the way. That's what these shows are all about.

A special welcome to Madison — she hit the ground running and represented Sky Bracket with everything we could have asked for. We're excited to have her on the team.

40 Years. Here's our story.

In 1986, Ray Olson was talking with a contractor friend who was frustrated. There was no reliable, simple way to mount signal hardware to a mast arm without extra hands and special tools. Nobody had bothered to fix it.

Ray fixed it. One cast aluminum bracket, band clamp design, 1-man installation. He called it Sky Bracket.

It worked. Word spread. Contractors started calling.

What began as a solution for a friend grew into a full product line — signal mounts, camera mounts, sign mounts, span wire hardware, and custom mounting solutions for virtually any traffic infrastructure application. Every piece cast and assembled in Rockford, Illinois. The same way it's always been.

Tad Olson stepped in and brought the same standard his father and uncle built into OAC — precision, reliability, and relationships that span generations. Sky Bracket scaled. New markets opened. New customers found what contractors had known for years: when you need mounting hardware, Sky Bracket delivers.

Today, Angela Olson leads the sales effort — building relationships with DOT engineers, contractors, and distributors coast to coast, showing them firsthand why one person, standard tools, and a Sky Bracket kit is all you need.
