This is a bolster I built today for the back rack of a log trailer so the driver will have easy access to his strap and attachment point. I have enough material left to build another if anyone is interested. Can accommodate 96” or 102” wide trailers.

Today we replaced at knife on a delimber and a tooth on a grapple tong. A lot of gouging and welding but was able to get it done, even with the rain.

I’m in the process of replacing a bolster on this trailer. I will be reinstalling the standards since they’re in good shape but the same can’t be said for the bolster. It had a pretty bad twist to it and will make for a much nicer finished product to replace it.

I added a little extra support to the back of this peterbilt today to support the drop deck lowboy when loading and unloading. I did one a while back and it has been holding up very well.

I had to use the truck to pull this standard back up straight and do a good bit of work on the bolster to get it ready to go.

There’s just not enough daylight sometimes. I think I’d take cold and dark over hot and humid any day.

This is an offset smoker I built a few years back for myself and never had time to finish it how I wanted it. It’s headed off with its new owner where it can be cooked with every weekend.
