It is our honor to recognize a truly outstanding leader with this year's Ops Excellence Award – Brittany Smith from Rockland.

Brittany's restaurant has set the standard for operational excellence across the system. Under her leadership, her team has led the company in nearly every operational metric, from the fastest drive-thru, kitchen, and front counter service times, to the highest overall customer satisfaction scores through VOICE, the lowest complaint rates, and top segmentation on the PACE portal. And, perhaps most impressively, her restaurant passed every graded visit with flying colors.

Brittany has achieved all of this while continuing to grow sales and transactions for the third year in a row, a true testament to her ability to balance operational excellence with business growth.
