What an incredible day at the Rockland Flooring Family Picnic!

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our employees, family members, and guests who joined us and helped make this event such a wonderful success. Seeing everyone come together to enjoy great food, fun activities, prizes, and time with one another is what makes events like these so special.

A special thank you to Schindoggies and Antojitos Jarochos for serving up amazing food throughout the day. Your delicious meals were enjoyed by everyone and helped make the picnic even more memorable!

We would also like to thank the Village of Bangor for allowing us to host our picnic at the park and for their continued support of our community.

One of the highlights of the day was the dedication of the new scoreboard, which was proudly donated to the Village of Bangor by Rockland Flooring and the family Lou Chicquette (Lowell Peterson (our CEO) and his wife Carol Peterson). We are honored to contribute something that will serve local athletes, families, and the community for years to come.

Thank you again to everyone who attended and helped make this year's picnic such a fantastic event. We are grateful for our Rockland Flooring family and the community that supports us! Until next year ☀️🌮🍧🎉

Congratulations to the Rockland Team on achieving a significant milestone of 1,000 days without a Lost Time Injury! Our safety team and employees have collaborated closely to establish the safest procedures and working conditions for our staff. In recognition of this accomplishment, we were honored by a visit from Strategic Comp, our partner in safety compliance and workers' compensation, who presented us with an award for two years without any lost time. We were pleased to host them, as well as our CEO, Lowell Peterson, and the entire Rockland Team.

Also, big thanks to Edward Louis Kelley Jr. for designing our shirts!!

Yesterday, we celebrated Jolene F***h's 30-year anniversary with Rockland Flooring! What an amazing accomplishment!

Jolene began working for Rockland Flooring at our Redwing location in 1995, following her high school graduation. She initially began working as a production employee on the ripline, then transitioned to glueline layup, and subsequently was promoted to trainer at Red Wing. In June of 1998, our Rockland, Wisconsin facility began operations, and Jolene was transferred to serve as the Trainer. Following this role, she held positions in Process Control, Finishing Line Lead, and Composite/Grip Guard Line Lead. She later served as the backup Shift Supervisor before ultimately advancing to her current role as Finishing Shift Supervisor.

We sincerely appreciate the numerous contributions she has made over the years and the positive influence she has had on our team and organizational culture. Congratulations to Jolene!! 🥳🎉

This week, we conducted our first monthly Town Hall with the Rockland Flooring team. During the session, our Site Manager, Jaron Falkner, provided updates on quality and safety, discussed ongoing special projects, and shared information regarding upcoming order commitments to our customers.

We also recognized employees who received service awards for their achievements in January, February, and March. We are looking forward to continuing these monthly meetings to promote transparency, ensure ongoing communication of business developments and to foster engagement with our employees!

Before vs. After! 🔨⚠️‼️ We have completed the renovations to our Rockland, WI locations main building. The project was finalized this week with the installation of a new sign provided by Lacrosse Sign Company.

Thank you to everyone involved, including the Rockland employees who managed the project, those who dedicated extra hours to ensure its smooth completion, and the contractors who contributed their expertise to safely renovate our building, breakrooms, and outdoor spaces!

We have been diligently working on several exciting enhancements to our front office and employee break areas. The completion of our redesigned and improved front office space is near, and we are excited for the opportunity to welcome you into our newly renovated and updated spaces! Fun fact, the wall behind our new office space, is our own Grip Guard™ wood flooring from our Rockland WI location. A special shout out to Omar Zuniga, Jolene F***h, Emanuel S. Sanchez, and Armando San Juan Medina who assisted with the design and build of our wood panel wall. Additionally, a big ‘Thank You’ to La Crosse Sign Group for our new updated Rockland Flooring sign to help finish off the renovation.
