One of our favorite activities! We razed this old waterfront cottage in Kingston in preparation of a new house that will be installed on helical piles. Prior to removal, we cut and capped the water and sewer line and we will be back to reconnect after construction is complete. Keep us in mind as we are licensed and bonded to do water and sewer work in most South Shore towns.

Finally some time for updated posts as the weather puts a little damper on outdoor work. Here are some photos of a landscape project we did back in August. We came in after a previous contractor left this job unfinished and gave this front yard a complete makeover including new granite steps, new block walls with a nice stone veneer and a new reconfigured walkway finished off with screened loam for future plantings.
