Important announcement!
After much prayer and consideration, I wanted to share an important update with my customers, friends, and supporters.
Over the years, Zack’s Appliance Repair has grown far beyond anything I ever imagined. What started as a desire to help people has led to countless service calls, friendships, and opportunities to serve families and businesses throughout Midcoast Maine. For that, I am truly grateful.
Many of you know that what I love most is helping people. I enjoy diagnosing problems, making repairs, and getting your appliances back up and running. While I have been blessed to own and operate my own business, I’ve realized that my passion is serving customers as a technician rather than managing the day-to-day responsibilities of running a company.
Because of that, I have made the decision to join the team at The Appliance Guys. This transition will allow me to focus on what I do best while also providing the flexibility I need during this season of life. As my wife and I prepare to welcome our fifth child, and as I continue serving my family, church, and community, this change will help create a healthier balance while still allowing me to do the work I love.
For my existing customers, very little will change. You’ll still see me servicing the Rockland area and surrounding communities. The biggest difference is that I will no longer be handling scheduling, office duties, or incoming service calls.
At this time, I will not be accepting any new service calls through Zack’s Appliance Repair. We will complete all currently scheduled appointments and install any parts that have already been ordered.
Effective immediately, all new service calls, scheduling requests, and future appointments should be directed to The Appliance Guys at (207) 440-4265. Their office staff will be handling scheduling and dispatching moving forward.
To everyone who trusted me in your home, referred a friend, left a review, prayed for my family, or supported this business in any way—thank you. Your support has meant more than you know.
This isn’t goodbye. You’ll still find me in the field, tool bag in hand, doing what I love—helping people one appliance at a time.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
