Hey friends, if you haven't heard, California Public Utility Commission unanimously approved NEM 3.0 giving homeowners until April 14th to submit solar plans to PG&E to be grandfathered into their current solar bill credit plan.

Once the deadline passes, NEM 3 requires homeowners to include a battery with their solar project (adding cost and delays) and drops the value of solar bill credits to near zero.

If you or your clients are serious about going solar before the deadline, let us know asap. We need about 6 weeks from contract signing to prepare your PG&E application, so March 1st is the deadline we're operating on, FYI.

This project in Rescue was as difficult as home solar projects come because of the extremely steep roof, existing solar and a battery.

This client would have lost sleep if they had to find and manage a solar contractor to get this done. We represented them to find the right financing, equipment and installer plus we served as their project manager so they never had to lift a finger!
