Now, y’all, we could use a little help!

We’ve heard from a lot of our local folks on our Downtown Community Survey, and we appreciate you so much. But we’d sure love to hear from a few more before it closes this Friday, October 16!

We want to see our downtown grow and thrive, but we can’t work toward the changes you’d like to see unless we know what matters most to you. Your thoughts, ideas, and opinions really do make a difference!

If you haven’t had a chance to share your thoughts, we’d be mighty grateful if you’d take a few minutes to complete our 10-question survey. And if you’ve already participated, thank you kindly!

Let’s hear from you, Rockmart!

Take the survey here:

This morning at 10 AM, Downtown Development and the City of Rockmart welcomed a new business to Historic Downtown Rockmart, Southern Grace Nutrition!

The rain did not stop their friends and family as they gathered to celebrate the opening and support owner Kaylee Huckaby and her mother, Christy, and the rest of the family, as they officially opened their doors. They have done a wonderful job setting up shop, and we are excited to welcome them to our downtown business community!

Be sure to stop by Southern Grace Nutrition when you’re Downtown and treat yourself to one of their loaded teas or protein shakes. Let’s show them some Rockmart love and support this new local business!

Got 5 minutes? We want to hear from you!

We're asking for your thoughts on the Historic Downtown Rockmart district. This survey is just about the downtown area not all of Rockmart.

What do you love about it? What's missing? What would bring you down here more often?

Comments here would not be included, only the answers to the survey linked here will be studied. Your feedback is appreciated but the survey is what will be used to determine possible action.

Your answers will help the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and the City of Rockmart plan next year's projects, so this is your chance to help shape what comes next.

It's 10 quick questions, there's no sign-up or login, and it's completely anonymous. The survey is open through Friday, October 16.

Please share with anyone who lives, works, shops, or spends time downtown. Every voice counts!
