She brings more than 9 years of design experience and has worked with diverse clients—including Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, nonprofits, digital service agencies, and cosmetics companies—in the past. Our CEO Eduardo Ortiz's career has been guided by a mission to help people live better lives.

"My work as a designer is about how to develop a culture that is accountable, how to lead a team, how to fight through adversity, and how to encourage people to do the things that sometimes they don’t want to do, or don’t believe that they can do,” Eduardo shares — a philosophy rooted in his time with the United States Marine Corps.

His work in government as part of the United States Digital Service and now as part of the Digital Services Coalition continues to center service, ethics, and human lives.

The latest White House Executive Order puts a spotlight on the highest priority of digital services: improving people's lives. With 36 new customer experience improvement commitments planned, it's a great opportunity to transform people's experiences with the government services they depend on.
