i know this is a delayed post but that doesn’t mean I was not spending the day honoring the heroes of 9/11. 🇺🇸
🇺🇸 September 11, 2001 — We Will Never Forget. 🇺🇸
Every year on this day, we remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11th and honor the firefighters, police officers, EMS personnel, dispatchers, military members, and everyday people who showed incredible courage when our country needed them most.
As a Junior Fire Chief, I’m proud to be part of a fire service that continues to honor the 343 FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice that day.
May we always remember their bravery, their service, and the families who never got to welcome their loved ones home.
