AI isn't magic. It's autocomplete on steroids.
It doesn't actually know anything. It predicts the next most likely word, over and over, very fast. That's the whole trick.
Once you understand that, you stop being amazed and start being useful with it. You hand it the things it's great at (drafts, summaries, first passes) and you keep a human on the things that have to be right.
The owners who get the most out of AI aren't the ones who trust it most. They're the ones who understand what it actually is.
