⚠️⚠️SCAM ALERT⚠️⚠️

Please be aware of the scams that are going around right now. One of our employees were contacted by this number stating they were from the sheriff’s department and that they had missed their court date, and needed to pay the fine, or a warrant would be issued.

This is a scam that has gone around for a few years now, and if someone is unaware of the legal system this can effect a lot of people.

Joplin Investigations has been working on several cases, and we are pleased to announce the outcomes of a couple of them.
In Lamar County, our client was facing multiple charges, including possession of a controlled substance, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault family violence and unlawful possession of a firearm, which were all enhanced due to it being his 3rd strike. Through our investigation, we were able to secure a plea deal for our client, who pled guilty to possession of a firearm while the other charges were dropped.
In Travis County, our client was facing Murder. Our client Plead Not Guilty in front of Jury, and after deliberations Jury acquitted client of all charges and found that the client was acting in self defense
