Heather Mertz Photography I’m a portrait photographer in the Rogers city area (I do travel). Families, high school seniors, engagements, maternity, weddings, etc.

Born and raised in Northern Michigan I have found my passion in life, Photography. I am a graduate from Alpena Community College and Grand Valley State University where I got my Art and Photography Degree. I absolutely love being able to photograph families...especially ones with littles as I just love being able to capture them in that moment in life...whether that be happy or a little grumpy..it's them and that's what makes it great.
This family along with many others hold a special place in my heart. I have been able to photograph them through many different seasons of their love story and am blessed to be able continue to do so.

Good evening lovelies♥️
I just wanted to let everyone know that I am currently working on September sessions and working as fast as I can to get them out to everyone. I have already sent out 7 galleries within the last 2 days and will be working on sending out more towards the end of the week. Please be patient with me as this is my crazy busy season and I have 12 sessions within the next week and still adding more to try and get everyone in that I can to get some fun fall portraits.

With that being said if you are really wanting portraits taken this month please reach out to me asap as I will only be accepting a few more before I will be packed. (I have plenty of space in November if you rather do something fun in November)
