Mission Accomplished!
I have a health and fitness goal of drinking a gallon of water -- a day! Honestly, I know lots of folks who do (well, not a lot, but about 4 - 5) but for me, drinking that amount of water in that amount of time has proved difficult - to darn near impossible.
But today, I did it!
I had to change up a few things to get it done. First, I started with an attitude adjustment. I challenged myself to think differently about how drinking this water would actually bring me closer to reaching other health goals. Next, I had to see it. So, I actually envisioned myself holding that empty bottle. Lastly, I set small achievable milestones and mentally high-fived myself when I met each one.
End result: one gallon of water -- gone!
