Part-Time Evening & Weekend Support Staff
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate individual for a part-time evening and weekend position supporting children and families. This role is ideal for someone interested in social work, human services, child advocacy, or a related field.
**Schedule
Part-time hours primarily during evenings and weekends. Specific shifts may vary based on program needs.

**Responsibilities
- Provide respectful, supportive, and professional assistance to children and families.
- Follow established policies, procedures, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Help create a safe, structured, and positive environment.
- Respond calmly and appropriately in challenging situations.
**Qualifications
- Interest in social work, human services, behavioral health, child welfare, or a related area.
- Previous experience in social work, working with children, youth programs, education, caregiving, or similar settings is preferred.
- Ability to consistently follow strict guidelines, program rules, and confidentiality standards.
- Reliable, responsible, patient, and compassionate.
- Strong communication skills and sound judgment.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and maintain a clean background record.
