Last week we celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month in style 💃

There was an educational presentation by ._bebe
complete with music, dancing, and all the prizes, a delicious home-cooked Cuban feast by Arley Bejerano and his family, and live music by a local mariachi band.

A huge thank you to our teammates for sharing their culture and talents with us in this special event. We love being able to learn and celebrate with each other!

New year, new experiences! Yesterday some of our teammates led us in our first ever Lunar New Year celebration.

Just got the news that Draper House Design Co.'s work on our Minneapolis office was recognized at the Midwest Home Design Awards! We had so much fun working with the Draper House team to design a space that felt personal to our team and welcoming to our clients. Not to mention the incredible custom wallpaper by She She. Loved supporting these two powerhouse women-led companies and seeing their work celebrated!

One of our favorite things about Big Meeting are the opportunities for Harvesters to *shine* and share their unique talents. We had another incredible performance from the Harvest Band, started a new tradition with Harvest Hoops night, and had breakout time where we could choose from pickleball, painting, yard games, a visit to Crystal Bridges, improv, disc golf, and more. Improv was of course the best, but we heard the other guys had fun too. 🙃

Thankful for this team, their talents, and their willingness to share them!

Big Meeting 2022 is in the books! And can we just say...it REALLY felt big this year. Over 200 Harvesters from across the country and across the globe (shoutout to our Tunisian teammates!) gathered for three days of learning, connecting, eating good food, and lots of laughs.

We learned about how to be adaptable in a changing world and retail landscape and the importance of leaning in to our team for knowledge and support. We celebrated our clients and our teams and our incredible Values Awards winners (more on them later). We sang and danced and played hungry hippo and powerpoint karaoke.

It can sometimes feel like moving mountains to pause work and family for three whole days, but each year we are reminded that it is more than worth the investment to reunite as one team with one vision. And mostly, we're just glad for the opportunity to see all of these beautiful faces in person!

Congratulations, Kelsey Boote, for being recognized in Talk Business & Politics’ 2022 class of Fast 15 Honorees! Those of you that have worked with or know Kelsey know how deserving this is- she sets a high bar for analytical excellence at Harvest and her outgoing and inclusive personality have infused many a company event and office hangout with joy and laughter (shoutout to her fellow enneagram 7s).
