We’re a fast-growing construction company specializing in excavation, earthwork, concrete, grading, and site preparation — and we’re looking for a skilled Foreman to lead our crew and keep jobs running smoothly from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience as a construction foreman (preferably in excavation/concrete/site prep)
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to read and interpret plans
✔ Knowledge of heavy equipment and earthmoving operations
✔ Ability to manage a crew and subcontractors on-site
✔ Reliable, organized, and safety-focused

Responsibilities Include:
🔹 Supervising and coordinating daily on-site operations
🔹 Keeping projects on schedule and within budget
🔹 Ensuring quality control and site safety
🔹 Communicating with project managers and clients
🔹 Operating equipment as needed
