For a set fee of $118.00 after initial free evaluation of needs you will recieve a quarterly inspection and service, (service does not cover major repairs needed prior to contract date, or structural repairs) we are not a pe

st control service so termites and other non rodent activity is not covered but will be noted on report if found. Which includes:
Inspection of the perimeter of your home for signs of pest damage
Maintenance of the shrubs with-in 24" of the home to eliminate rodent harborage
Screen door maintenance
Window screen maintenance
Crawl space screen maintenance
We will also replace Heat and AC filters during our visit. Batteries in smoke detectors bi-annually
Clean condensor on A/c and refrigerator in the spring
Rain Gutters Cleaned every fall and winter visit
