Over the last nearly five years, the company has evolved, grown, learned a lot, and changed the types of programs we help companies with.
When CCG was started, we weren’t even thinking about a podcast (which is now at 670+ episodes, plus 2 other podcasts) or published any books (currently at 3).
A lot has changed, so it made sense that we evolve the company as well. Thus, the launch of the Selling Effectiveness Institute.
Same great sales training, advising, and leadership development.
Same principles centered around Authentic Persuasion and scalable systems and processes.
With even more resources as a part of the company.
While it was the Cutter Consulting “Group” before, with a small team working with clients and behind the scenes, it’s now much more than me and where I started as a solo consultant trying to help companies improve their sales operations.
It’s become a movement focused on shifting the way sales is done (and the mindset and tactics used by salespeople). It’s about helping salespeople act like ‘professionals.’
It’s about taking the hope and guesswork out of sales, and make it a process where the salesperson (human) can focus on helping others (prospects = human) get to a better place. H2H
It’s about helping companies and individual contributors increase their Selling Effectiveness!
