Fastest Branding Ever!

I received an email on the weekend from a nail artist opening a studio in Rohnert Park. We met yesterday and she is the sweetest person. I typically don't use the word sweet, but this lady is the essence of sweetness.

She wants branding and a website... and paid for it all upfront!

Her request was to include a heart, a halo, and wings in her logo. She is planning on specializing in providing manicures and pedicures for kids parties. So the logo should be fun and friendly. Oh, and she loves pink.

I sent her 4 different logo designs this morning. Her response was that they were all so cute, but the last one impressed her the most. I sent a couple of color choices and...Voila!

In less then 22 hours, I estimated, designed and was paid for a logo and color palette! Just call me speedy.

ps. I also have taken 6 months or more perfecting a single logo with probably 60 plus variations. There are many ways I work with my clients.

pss. If you or the child in your life are interested in having a pedi or mani from a absolutely precious soul, call Angelina's Fly Nails at 415-497-9153.

Hey you all out there in FB land. I am working on a logo for a client in Cincinnati who is opening a restaurant and bar specializing in Guyanese food. They want a logo with a woman with dreadlocks wearing a bakers hat and incorporating the Guyanese flag. We have narrowed it down to these 2 versions. Which one do you like best?

When a client asks for a logo including the earth, the recycling symbol, a heart, an indication of people and nature, highlighting the unusual spelling and maybe the infinity symbol. But make it look simple. Here are three versions. Which would you pick?

I could use a little help again. I am designing a logo for someone who is selling rare gemstones. So it should look unique, sophisticated and expensive. His market is jewelers. I have narrowed it down to two ideas. Can I get your vote?
