👀 The floor wasn't just damaged... it was sinking.
A leak had caused significant damage to the subfloor beneath this home's flooring, creating dips and soft spots.
Before we could install the new flooring, we had to address the real problem. That meant going under the house, jacking up the affected section, replacing the damaged subfloor, and restoring the structure properly. Then it was time for new flooring.
The finished result looks great, but the best part is what you can't see: a strong, level floor that's built to last.
Have you ever discovered that a "small repair" was actually hiding a much bigger problem? Tell us about it in the comments.

Water damage doesn't just disappear because you stop looking at it. 😉

This local AT&T store had drywall damage and paint issues caused by a roof leak. We repaired the damaged areas, repainted, and helped get the space looking clean and professional again.

The best part? The work was completed after hours so business could continue as usual.
