Serving 13 counties in Northwest Georgia, the UGA SBDC in Rome provides for-profit small businesses with no-cost, one-on-one consulting, hands-on market research and expert-led business training programs to help local business owners grow and succeed! The UGA SBDC of Rome is currently serving the following counties: Bartow, Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Fannin, Floyd, Gilmer, Gordon, Murray, Paulding,

Pickens, Walker and Whitfield. Our consulting and educational programs include (but are not limited to) assistance with business plan development, market analysis and marketing strategies, financial analysis, compliance and legal issues, and preparation of loan submissions for individuals who want to start their own businesses or expand an existing one.
