The damage is the easy part. The claim is where most homeowners lose money. 📋

We document the loss the way carriers want it documented, we meet your adjuster at the property, and we bill the carrier directly for the work that gets approved. You get straight answers on what your policy covers, and just as importantly on what it does not.

⚠️ What we will not do is tell you something is covered when it is not. That conversation is uncomfortable once. Finding out after the work is done is a lot worse.

Storm damage and not sure where to start? Call before you file: 📞 470-77-STORM.

This is why Elite Catastrophe exists, in Andrew's own words.

🔨 He was a roofer. He kept hitting the same wall: you cannot put a roof on a house that still has a tree sitting on it, and the tree crews were booked out days.

So he bought the bucket trucks. Now the tree comes off and the roof goes on under one company, and nobody's claim sits still waiting on a subcontractor to call back.

RESTORE. REBUILD. RECOVER.

The Elite Catastrophe crew is in Chattanooga, Tennessee, installing a brand-new GAF roofing system for Mrs. Brenda Foster!

A complete GAF roofing system is more than just shingles. It’s designed with multiple layers of protection, including:

🔸 GAF architectural shingles
🔸 Synthetic roof deck protection
🔸 Leak barrier in vulnerable areas
🔸 Proper starter-strip shingles
🔸 Ridge ventilation for attic airflow
🔸 GAF ridge-cap shingles for a finished, protected roofline
🔸 Proper flashing and waterproofing around roof penetrations

A huge THANK YOU to ServiceMaster for the referral and for trusting Elite Catastrophe to take care of your customer.

And most importantly, thank you, Brenda, for trusting Elite Catastrophe with your home! We appreciate the opportunity to protect your home with a quality roofing system built to last.

Andrew Rittenhouse started this company because he got tired of waiting on somebody else. 🎬

He spent days trying to get a tree crew to a house he was supposed to be roofing. At some point he worked out it was faster to own the trucks.

🏡 From Dark & Dated to Bright & Beautiful!

What a transformation! 🔨🔥

We gave this living room a complete refresh, from the new blue wall color and crisp white trim to the custom fireplace/media wall and beautiful wood mantel. Add in the updated lighting and finishing touches, and this room feels like a completely different space!

The goal was to make the room feel brighter, warmer, cleaner, and more inviting—and we think this one turned out beautiful. 👌

The tree that comes down in the next storm is already telling you. Here is what to look for. 🌳

Walk your yard this weekend and check the big ones near the house, the driveway and the power drop:

A lean that is worse than it was last year. Mushrooms or shelf fungus at the base, which usually means the roots are already going. Cavities, or a trunk that sounds hollow when you knock on it. Dead limbs hanging over anything you care about. Soil heaving or cracking on one side of the base.

⚠️ Any of those is worth a look from somebody who takes trees down for a living. Removing it on a clear Tuesday costs a fraction of removing it off your roof on a Saturday night.

Free look, no pressure: 📞 470-77-STORM.

A tree just hit your house. Here is the first hour.🚨

1. Get everyone clear and keep them clear. Nothing in that house is worth walking under a loaded limb or a sagging ceiling.

2. ⚡ Treat every wire on the ground as live. If lines are down, the power company comes before anybody else, including us.

3. 📸 Photograph it before anything moves. Wide shots that show the whole structure, then close-ups, then the inside. Your claim gets built on what you can prove.

4. Then call us. We tarp it, we secure it, and we help you open the claim.

📲 Screenshot this. Send it to somebody who has a big tree over their bedroom.
