🌿 Burnout isn’t a badge of honor—and rest isn’t a luxury. 🌿

Today’s professionals are navigating constant pressure, nonstop expectations, and decision fatigue. In April, join Greater Coosa Valley SHRM for an energizing, highly interactive session designed to help you reset, refocus, and re‑engage.

🔹 Rest & Reset: Reclaiming Energy, Focus, and Joy in High‑Pressure Work
Led by the dynamic Frannie Foltz (Frannie FUNshine), this experience reframes rest beyond sleep and introduces practical, science‑informed strategies that support resilience, nervous system regulation, and sustainable performance—at work and in life.

✅ Learn how stress impacts focus and energy

✅ Discover simple, real‑time nervous system reset techniques

✅ Reconnect with play, movement, and mindset in a safe, interactive space
