5–10 minutes. No phone just fresh air and light.

When it comes on strong, don’t try to think your way through it.

Follow this:

1. Cold reset
Splash cold water on your face or hold something cold on your chest.

2. Breathe slower than you feel
Inhale 4
Exhale 6–8
Do it 5–10 times

3. Ground your body
Feet flat
Press your hands into your legs

4. Set a timer (5–10 minutes)
Let yourself feel it
When the timer ends, you move on

5. Do one small task
Laundry
Dishes
Step outside

This gets you through the moment
without losing the whole day.

This isn’t about being more productive. It’s about having too much to carry at once. When everything is sitting in your head, of course it feels like a mess. A simple system can help you get it out of your head and into one place so you can breathe again.
